Refund Policy

Refunds are issued for eligible returns received in unopened, original condition, in line with our Returns Policy. All refunds are in USD.

When refunds are issued

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

What is refunded

• The purchase price of the returned eligible items is refunded.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

Non-refundable items

• Opened cleaning concentrates, including biodegradable boat soap, unless faulty.
• Items returned outside the 14-day window or not in original condition.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@rivercityplumb.shop. If the order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel and refund it in full.

This policy is governed by the laws of Florida.
