Returns Policy

We want you rinsing with the right gear. If something is not right, unopened eligible goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety, opened biodegradable boat soap and other opened cleaning concentrates cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

1. Email support@rivercityplumb.shop with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the unopened items back; keep your tracking number.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for an item we do not receive.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
